MODE

The general conditions of sale provide that there is no contract between the parties until an order is confirmed. Maurizio Bini reserves the right to accept an order received and to send a confirmation communication. If an order is refused and the amount due has already been charged, we will refund the amount in its entirety.

An order can be placed following the online purchase procedure of mauriziobini.com and will be forwarded after having authorized the payment ("purchase") which will be followed by an "order confirmation" email. All confirmed orders are therefore subject to approval, which will be communicated with the "shipping confirmation". The articles contained in the shipping confirmation are the subject of the contract, and we will have no obligation regarding ordered and unconfirmed products.

AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

The articles proposed on this website are available. If, for logistical reasons, an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you and you can place a new order or request a refund.

DELIVERY

We are committed to ensuring that all orders are confirmed and shipped by the dates indicated in the notification of shipment. Being subject to unforeseen logistical circumstances of various kinds, should delivery delays occur, you will be notified by email or other designated channels.

The term "delivery" refers to the ordered items arrived at the destination address indicated as a reference.

If you are not available when the courier arrives, you can set a new delivery date by contacting our customer service or the courier to whom the goods were entrusted. The package can be tracked in all its movements with the tracking code that you will receive from the shipper.
Product responsibilities will be at your expense starting from the first delivery attempt by the courier.

PAYMENTS AND PRICES

The costs of the products are indicated on the page of each item and include VAT. In case of errors on the prices of the products ordered, you will be promptly informed and you can choose to reconfirm the order or have a full refund of the amount for the single product that will be incorrect.
Payment is made during the purchase procedure, where you will be asked to choose the payment method, enter the shipping and / or billing data. If, on the other hand, he is already registered on the portal, it will not be necessary to re-enter the data already registered.

For tax purposes it is necessary to enter the tax code and VAT number during registration.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The payment of an order can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and prepaid credit cards (Postepay, Genius Card, etc ...) and is managed by the Paypal system, to which you are redirected at the time of checkout. The amount is charged upon confirmation of the order. Credit card data is encrypted to reduce / eliminate the risk of unauthorized access.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If a delivered product turns out to be damaged, you have the right to request a refund or replacement by filling out the appropriate form, indicating all the references of the order and the product in question within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

You can decide to withdraw from this contract, without any penalty or additional costs, to
pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, by completing the return form within 10 working days of receipt of the products.

The shipment for the return of the products is at our expense only for the damaged goods, in all other cases it is the responsibility of the buyer and must take place within 5 days from the delivery date. Maurizio Bini is exempt from any damage suffered by the shipment during the withdrawal phase, therefore the goods are under the responsibility of the customer until his return to the warehouse.

The refund is made within 10 days of receiving the return and the amount will be credited back to the same payment method chosen during checkout. Maurizio Bini reserves the right to freeze the refund until the goods arrive in the warehouse.

By approving our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that any content on this site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any content without prior written consent. Maurizio Bini reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale, however reference will be made to the rules in force at the time the order is sent.
